The number of music shops who stock the JOYO products in the UK is increasing, we now have over 65 music retailers in England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales. Please take a look on our JOYO retailer map and support your local music retailer. Try the pedals out in person & in confidence from our authorised dealers.
If your local store is not on here, ask them to get in touch and register as an authorised JOYO retailer, it would be great to hear from them.
We will despatch all orders either the same day if ordered before 1pm, generally this takes 1-2 working days via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
In the unlikely event that the items are out of stock and not marked correctly online we will advise you of a delivery time at the earliest opportunity.
Delivery Charges
All items are despatched from JOYO Audio UK in Manchester England, these charges are selected at checkout for delivery.
We do offer Free postage but this can take a few days longer.
Special Delivery is next working day, Royal Mail and Parcel Force..
We can offer a Saturday Guaranteed delivery.

Collection - JOYO Showroom
Some items like the guitars we stock are collection only. We have a showroom / office / local music shop in Walkden Town Centre. Whilst we are only open Monday - Friday we are here from 9am until 6pm and have car parking for 2000 cars.. You are welcome to try anything in person and bob in to collect or just have a natter.
Delivery Packaging
All of our items are despatched in plain packaging for maximum discretion. A packing slip and VAT receipted invoice is included with your order. We can also email you over a PDF, invoice for your records.
Delivery Options
Orders sent from JOYO Audio UK can be delivered by a number of postal carriers. High value orders which have been sent to a delivery address will require a signature on delivery so please take this into account when selecting a delivery address.
Many of our carriers will make several attempts to deliver a package and should always leave a card to notify you that a delivery attempt has been made along with details of how you can contact them to rearrange delivery. We will provide you with tracking details that can be tracked online.
Delivery Carriers
We use a combination of delivery couriers, in the UK we primarily use Royal Mail or Parcel Force, where we have a daily collection of orders for delivery.
Couriers for larger items posted domestic and international will be confirmed with you on ordering.
Availability
All items are subject to availability and should be displayed right on the website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and we have made a mistake.
Stock is highlighted when out of stock and we are pretty good.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order at any point of our ordering process, either online, by email or by telephone. Dont worry we will sort it !.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. If you create an account with us on checkout you can log in and check tracking.
Delays
In the unlikely event, the despatch of your order is delayed. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Our stock levels are maintained in the UK and we work hard to keep them maintained. If an item is not in stock, it will be back in within a few days. We also rely on our couriers to do their thing.
Cancellation Right
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged, including any promotional gifts and with all original packaging as originally supplied.

JOYO Cab Box - Guitar Cabinet Speaker Simulator and IR Loader
The JOYO CAB BOX is a guitar cabinet emulator, a guitar effect pedal that allows full configuration of vintage and modern amps. You can configure the power amp, Cab simulations, Microphone type and distance, EQ, midi control and loading & editing of 3rd party IR files.
The Cab box makes everything about recording or performing so much easier and authentic with a massive array of adjustable parameters to achieve the custom guitar set up of your choice.
The JOYO Cab Box has a straightforward and user friendly interface that fits on the pedalboard, it offers full configuration and eliminates complex menu options found on amps, tablets and computers.

The JOYO Cab box features
4 tube power amps - select and edit the tube parameter, Select tubes from 6L6,6V6,EL34 or EL84
3 fully configurable post EQs for guitar, bass & parametric. With settings for Gain & Attentuation, Q value, Low & High Pass filtering. The 5 band EQ is fully customisable, setting the 5 bands from 80hz to 11khz and level adjustments as required for each.
20 preset IR loading and an additional 10 loading memory banks for third party IR.
128 cab memory slots to save all of your presets.
An IR is an impulse response (IR, for short) its a sound measurement that takes into account the conditions around a guitar cabinet speaker, including the room, microphone and mic preamp. The JOYO Cab box works with third party IR files, simply connect to the pc/mac via USB for IR loading using the JOYO Cab software.
With the JOYO Cab Box IR loader, in addition to 20 preset saving locations, you can store 10 additional third party IRs, Using the software you can load or delete third party IRs and then apply these to the Cab box emulation.

There are a number of ways to power your guitar effects and choosing which method you use can make a difference to your board. Making sure you have the right supply will ensure if they come on, prevent them from getting damaged, or become noisy.
BatteriesPedals are made of electronics, so the power you use ensures that they stay on when you need them. Whilst the 1st series, 2nd series of JOYO pedals and DrJ pedals all can be powered with a 9v battery, this is not the best option to power a board, it is primarily convenient. Your pedal board will only sound as good as your cheape..
